SEPTEMBER 2009: VILLAGE WEBSITE ACHIEVEMENT Stuart Berlyn, Chairman of the Parish Council, announced the award at the meeting of the Parish Council in September 2009, and congratulations were expressed to Assistant Clerk Elisabeth Blyth who is responsible for the site. |

APRIL 2009 - ANNUAL PARISH MEETINGThe Annual Parish Meeting was held on 22 April in the main hall in the Sports & Social Centre and attended by Parish Council members and staff and around 75 members of the public, many representing voluntary organisations active in the village. MARCH 2009: A NEW COUNCILLOR for DANBURY PARISH COUNCIL At its meeting in March 2009 the Parish Council voted to co-opted Mr Arthur Pemberton as a member of the Council to fill a vacancy. The Council now has its full complement of 15 members. We welcome Cllr Pemberton to his new role in the life of the village! |
